The HR Generalist will actively contribute to creating a positive work environment, supporting HR processes related to the entire professional journey of employees, in close collaboration with the entire Human Resources team.

Main Responsibilities

Talent acquisition:

• management of selection processes (Job Description drafting, job posting on the company portal, candidate management, interviews);
• monitoring KPIs related to Talent Acquisition processes;
• onboarding and offboarding;
• management of activities related to temporary workers (contact with Employment Agencies, monitoring deadlines, extensions, invoice control);

Management of Employer Branding activities

• annual definition of activities and projects supporting Employer Branding in line with the HR strategy;
• implementation of the aforementioned activities;
• in collaboration with HR and Marketing department resources, management of internal and external communication;

Personnel administrative management:

• management of hiring and termination communications;
• drafting of employment proposals and contracts;
• support to employees for administrative practices in collaboration with the labor consultant;
• Support for drafting monthly reports;
• Management and updating of HR systems (HRIS software) and related reporting activities;

Your expertise - Our strength

University Degree

Going Beyond. Together.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in structured contexts;
• in-depth knowledge of Italian labor law;
• Good knowledge of the English language is a preferential title;
• Office Suite;
• Proactivity;
• Predisposition to teamwork;
• Ability to organize and plan work autonomously;
• Analytical thinking
• Dialogue skills
