Assistant Production Supervisor - Contract
Job Description
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machinery.
- Work across all factory departments (loading, packing, wrapping, re-work).
- Oversee production shifts and ensure output and safety targets.
- Plan and control raw materials and packaging.
- Operate plant machinery.
- Possess knowledge and handling of SW409, SW410, and general waste.
- Maintain plant housekeeping.
- Cooperate with superiors and work effectively in a team.
- Maintain confidentiality of Sika information and formulations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to understand and read simple English or Bahasa Malaysia.

- To trouble shoot machine, do maintenance, and repair work, plant improvement and 5S project
- To work all departments in the factory (loading, packing, wrapping & re-work)

a. Main Tasks
- Overseeing and supervising a shift
- To do plant maintenance and plant machine trouble shooting
- Operating the plant machine
- SW409, SW410 & general waste knowledge and handling
- To plan and control raw materials & packaging material
- Can co-operate with superiors, teamwork with others and achieved target given.
b. Others
- Any other tasks are assigned from time to time.
c. Security
- Maintain Sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information.
- Always maintain confidentiality of formulation.
