Assoc Prin Data Science

This role involves performing complex data analyses to solve business and customer use cases, executing analytical and modeling projects, and conducting end-to-end statistical analyses. The Assoc Prin Data Science will lead automation efforts in data management, perform ad-hoc analyses, collaborate with teams to resolve challenges, leverage insights for decision-making, and mentor junior team members.

Must Have

What success looks like in this role:

• Performs analyses on a variety of complex data sets to solve real world business and customer use cases.
• Executes complex and impactful analytical and modeling projects.
• Performs various applied statistical analyses end-to-end, from problem definition through to data extraction, and insight generation.
• Leads and/or supports complex automation efforts across the data management spectrum, helping drive efficiencies in areas such as:
• Data cleansing,
• Data exploration,
• ML modeling (i.e., identifying tools to find appropriate models for given datasets),
• Model evaluation, and
• General workflow automation.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses in response to specific and emerging customer requirements.
• Collaborates with team members to address and resolve complex and never-before-resolved challenges.
• Leverages findings, insights and experience from previous projects to underpin decision making and challenge partners to view assumptions from multiple, diverse perspectives.
• Mentors less experienced team members.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
