Job Summary
This Associate Content Analyst role focuses on Fixed Income Reference for the US Market, supporting various LSEG products like Eikon and DataScope. The position is crucial for ensuring timely, accurate, and complete updates to reference data, preventing Data Corrected Service Requests, and maintaining client satisfaction. The team is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and disseminating high-quality fixed-income information. Key tasks include researching and sourcing entity-level data, Terms & Conditions, and Rating data for diverse bond asset classes, then updating a central database. This involves maintaining dynamic and scheduled information to support LSEG products and services, ensuring data integrity and client retention.
Must Have
- Process and maintain data/information accurately and in a timely manner onto LSEG databases using financial and technical knowledge
- Take responsibility for data quality, timeliness, and completeness, including root cause analyses of recurring issues
- Respond to data queries from both internal and external clients by taking complete ownership
- Research new and review existing sources to ensure quality, timeliness, and automation are improved
- Promote continuous improvement through research and analysis of queries/data quality control and seek efficiencies
- Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback
- Build knowledge of financial regulations and market practices in relevant markets and supervise market events
- Understand Refinitiv products to provide a higher degree of service and accurate data to the client
- Support specific projects and data improvements
- Daily update of reports/trackers/production reports
- Train new analysts on market procedures and databases
- Identify Root Causes for data issues in the process and implement robust solutions
- Collaborate and assist senior analysts in implementing market procedural changes
- Strong knowledge/understanding of Fixed Income instruments such as Notes, Debentures, Bonds, etc.
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft SQL is necessary
- Strong interpersonal and business communication skills are essential
- Ability to work under the pressure of strict deadlines
- Well-versed with MS Office applications especially MS Excel, Macros, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in different shifts (Specifically Night shifts)

Job Description
The existing requisition is for Fixed Income Reference (US Market) . This content is viewed across various LSEG products consuming Fixed Income data from EJV Muni including Eikon, the DataScope suite of products. Key users of the data include clients like BlackRock, Fidelity etc. The position is critical to ensure reference data on our products is updated in a timely and accurate manner and we avoid Data Corrected Service Requests. Ensuring timely, accurate and complete updates to reference data will ensure we retain our client base and provide a platform for growth.
The fixed Income Content team is responsible for the collection, maintenance, analysis, and dissemination of high-quality information. The profile pertains to research and sourcing entity-level information, Terms & Conditions, and Rating data for fixed-income securities from various sources and updating the same to a common database. Fixed Income group handles different bond asset classes like Eurobonds, Corporate Bonds, Treasury Auctions, Medium Term Notes, Agency bonds, Certificate of Deposits, Municipal bonds, etc. This also includes the maintenance of dynamic and scheduled information on the database which supports data across LSEG products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Process and maintain data/information accurately and in a timely manner onto LSEG databases using financial and technical knowledge

- Ability to work under the pressure of strict deadlines.
