Job Description

Sporty Group is a consumer internet and technology business with an unrivalled sports media, gaming, social and fintech platform, serving millions of daily active users globally. The Associate – Content Operations will plan, schedule, and execute day-to-day backend content operations, including timely deployment of creative assets, content modifications, and promotional campaigns, ensuring accuracy and visual integrity. This role involves multitasking, troubleshooting, and proactively identifying process improvements and content gaps, applying strong global sports knowledge.
Good To Have:
  • Previous experience in sports related platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education is beneficial.
Must Have:
  • Plan, schedule, and execute all day-to-day backend content operations, ensuring 100% accuracy and visual integrity across the site.
  • Efficiently multitask and coordinate backend content deployment and troubleshooting across multiple global regions.
  • Monitor and maintain the functional integrity and visual performance of the site's backend with a zero margin of error and no delays.
  • Manage and resolve all operational and customer service escalations (Level 2/3) using system tools and available data.
  • Proactively analyze existing operational processes to identify and suggest performance improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Document and escalate product improvement opportunities to concerned stakeholders.
  • Apply strong global sports knowledge and research skills to proactively identify content gaps and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain content consistency and adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to maintain precision in a fast-paced, dynamic content environment.
  • Strong Excel / Google Spreadsheet skills for daily operational tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of current global sporting activities, prominent sports/teams, and geographical sporting preferences.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing or deploying content for the customer-facing front end of an E-Commerce or related online platform.
  • Minimum 1 year of operations support experience.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends on a rotational basis is required.

Requirements:
