Job Title – Associate Financial Analyst
Job Location - Pune
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Include:
· The job of this role is designing, building, and deploying / run financial reports.
· Maintain the integrity of the Reporting process with detailed review and data cleansing to ensure all data and reports are accurate, current, complete and consistent
· Shoulder Manager’s responsibility whenever and wherever possible.
· Review processes, suggest and implement improvements and solutions
· Provide general advice and analysis to internal business stakeholders and develop overall business knowledge to facilitate this function
· Ensure reports are completed within the specified requirements and the agreed SLAs and ensure the requestor understands any limitations
· Prioritisation of regular and ad hoc reporting to satisfy external and internal business stakeholders
· Provide cover for other members of the team when required
· Ability to work independently & remotely with little supervision.
· Ability to make decisions in the absence of management.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
· A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player and can also work as a leader.
· Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications.

· Documenting, designing, and modelling solutions and explaining, representing, and discussing the same with the team.

Required Experience & Skills:
· Minimum 9+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Reporting Analyst/Analytics profile.
· Degree in business/Finance or related field.
· You must have strong experience in financial reporting & analysis
· You have working experience on Advance Excel.
· An independent, self-motivated individual with a positive, service-oriented attitude
· Self-starter with a great work ethic and an analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skills, possessing the initiative to create presentations and analysis from scratch to answer questions posed and investigate the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers.
· Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and keen to details.
· Significant expertise in setting up automated processes to increase the effectiveness of the team and minimize room for error.
· Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and tele-communications
· Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information.
· Open to learn new skills/ technologies as may be required by business.
