1. Identify and recruit relevant nano/micro content creators on Instagram & YouTube.
2. Explain program structure, payouts, and campaign briefs (via calls, WhatsApp).
3. Ensure video content is delivered on time and matches campaign tone & tagging guidelines.
4. Log submissions, track creator performance, and maintain dashboards.
5. Build and maintain long-term creator relationships for consistent participation.
6. Manage city-specific WhatsApp/Telegram channels to keep creators engaged.
7. Offer personalized campaign opportunities to creators.
8. Provide transparent performance feedback and recognition.
9. Grant exclusive perks and early access to loyal creators.
10. Facilitate community building and networking among creators.
11. Provide proactive problem-solving and support.
Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in Influencer Marketing
