Job Description

The Associate Manager, Events is a key member of the centralized Events Studio, responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of events across multiple brands. This hands-on production role requires creative instincts and operational rigor, managing tentpole activations, sponsor-led events, and immersive brand experiences. The individual will thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners to create memorable, detail-perfect events that drive business impact, all within a strategically run studio environment.
Must have:
  • Own full-cycle event production for a range of internal and external events.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for each event, managing timelines, deliverables, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
  • Execute a variety of event types including tentpole activations and sponsor-led events.
  • Work fluidly across Brand Pods based on bandwidth, skill set, and expertise.
  • Collaborate with Brand Pods to ensure that every event aligns with brand tone, audience expectations, and business goals.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
  • Follow standardized Events Studio processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date event trackers, budgets, run-of-shows, and post-event reports.

The Associate Manager, Events is a key member of the centralized Events Studio, responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of events that span multiple brands. Operating as a highly skilled producer with both creative instincts and operational rigor, this individual flexes across programs based on team bandwidth, subject matter expertise, and business priorities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Events, this individual thrives in a dynamic environment, seamlessly managing tentpole activations and sponsor-led events, as well as immersive brand experiences. They are collaborative, solutions-oriented, and obsessed with creating memorable, detail-perfect events that drive business impact.

This is a hands-on production role — but within a strategically run studio environment where process, quality, and teamwork come first.

Responsibilities

Event Production & Execution

  • Own full-cycle event production for a range of internal and external events across brands — from brief and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event debrief
  • Serve as the central point of contact for each event, managing timelines, deliverables, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder communication
  • Execute a variety of event types including tentpole activations and sponsor-led events, as well as immersive brand experiences

Cross-Brand Flexibility & Expertise Deployment

  • Work fluidly across Brand Pods based on bandwidth, skill set, and expertise — stepping in where your expertise creates the most value
  • Quickly ramp up on unfamiliar brand priorities or event types, bringing a solutions-first mindset to every challenge
  • Collaborate with Brand Pods to ensure that every event aligns with brand tone, audience expectations, and business goals

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with fellow event producers, Brand Pods, and cross-functional partners (e.g., creative, production, comms, finance, legal) to bring each event to life
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners, ensuring expectations are aligned at every stage
  • Lead or contribute to regular team meetings, production check-ins, and post-mortem discussions

Operational Rigor

  • Follow standardized Events Studio processes, tools, and documentation to ensure smooth planning and cross-team visibility
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date event trackers, budgets, run-of-shows, and post-event reports
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in studio operations by sharing learnings, feedback, and vendor recommendations

The expected base salary range for this position is from $60,000-$78,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
