Job Description

The Sales Account Manager (M/F) will be responsible for commercializing Condé Nast's media brands across all platforms, including print, digital, video, and social media. Key responsibilities involve managing and developing a portfolio of advertisers and media agencies, particularly in the Watchmaking and Jewelry sectors. This includes preparing and presenting client proposals, developing custom multi-platform solutions, and ensuring commercial follow-up. The role also requires applying the commercial strategy, supporting international campaigns, and conducting market analysis. Daily collaboration with expert and editorial teams is essential.
Must Have:
  • Commercialize media brands across print, display, programmatic, mobile, video, social networks, CRM, and events.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of advertisers, media agencies, and press offices in Watchmaking and Jewelry sectors.
  • Prepare client meetings and present arguments, best cases, benchmarks, and KPIs.
  • Develop and budget tailor-made multi-platform solutions.
  • Ensure commercial and relationship follow-up, including formalized meeting reports.
  • Monitor activity and revenue matrices, anticipate investments, and track campaigns.
  • Apply the commercial strategy defined by the Commercial Director and Chief Business Officer.
  • Manage and support Condé Nast International requests for international campaigns.
  • Conduct analysis, reporting, and competitive intelligence in assigned sectors.
  • Maintain daily relations with transversal expert teams (Strategists, custom solutions managers, traffic/ad ops, data, marketing, fabrication) and editorial teams.
  • Hold a Bac+4/5 Business School degree.
  • Possess the ability to interact in a team and work with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a performance-oriented mindset.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and a taste for challenge and innovation.
  • Possess knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Have mastery of the media ecosystem.
  • Be proficient in English.

  • Development and budgeting of tailor-made multi-platform solutions
  • Commercial and relationship follow-up.

  • Application of the value-based commercial strategy defined by the Commercial Director and the Chief Business Officer
  • Management and support of Condé Nast International requests for international campaigns
  • Analysis, reporting, and competitive intelligence in its assigned sectors
  • Daily relations with transversal expert teams (Strategists, custom solutions managers, traffic/ad ops, data, marketing, manufacturing...) and editorial teams in connection with the assigned sectors.

Additional Missions

  • Monitoring of placements and management of the flatplan
  • Participation in technical reminders
  • Participation in unpaid reminders

Desired Profile

  • Bac+4/5 Business School degree
