About The Role:

Working closely with field sales and other departments, you will handle escalations, optimize sales processes, and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment. Your leadership will be key in elevating team success, improving departmental outcomes, and upholding our core company values.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of 6 to 8 renewals sales representatives to achieve goals
  • Coach team members to improve their individual and collective results
  • Manage team performance against quotas and sales forecasts to ensure objectives are met
  • Monitor daily sales activities using the customer relationship management system
  • Collaborate with field sales employees on territory division and execution
  • Handle customer and partner escalations to maintain positive relationships
  • Drive departmental improvements through analysis and process enhancements
