Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with strong functional and technical knowledge of JDE. This role involves leading impactful JDE integration initiatives, designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end solutions. The Associate Principal will collaborate with stakeholders, develop business processes, ensure data security, provide consulting on JDE best practices, and automate processes to enhance efficiency. They will also facilitate business process analysis and identify potential project issues and risks.
Must Have:
- Leverage expertise in JDE to design, build, and maintain end-to-end solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and help development teams for the implementations
- Develop and deploy business processes, flows, application designs, and configurations
- Ensure data security and compliance
- Provide consulting and coaching on JDE best practices to optimize user experience
- Automate processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Facilitate business process analysis sessions to design technology solutions that meet team objectives
- Identify potential project issues, risks, and present actionable solutions to mitigate them
- Strong expertise and hands-on experience with JDE ERP SQL server database objects
- Technical proficiency to analyze, design, and implement solutions
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagements and lead cross-functional teams
- Problem solving mindset with a creative and solution oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
