Associate Principal - Package Implementation

LTIMindtree is seeking an Associate Principal for Package Implementation with 12-15 years of experience in IT business analysis and system engineering support, specifically within Core Banking and Private Banking domains. The role requires expertise in credit products like mortgages and structured finance, along with exposure to Transact modules. Candidates should be proficient in driving PLWs, advising on new processes, and possess strong implementation experience, utilizing SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Must Have

• Minimum 12-15 years of IT business analysis and system engineering support experience
• Focus on Core Banking with Private Banking domain
• Working experience of SDLC and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)
• Experience in driving PLWs
• Ability to advise new processes for new applications
• Implementation experience

Good to Have

• Experience in handling Credit Products (Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees, Derivatives, Options, Structured Products, Securities, Equities, Fixed Income Funds)
• Good understanding of products offered in Private Banking with Transact modules exposure (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY)
