This full-time, on-site role involves project planning, Jira task tracking, report writing, data verification, subcontractor hiring, and invoicing assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, possesses strong written English and office software proficiency, and has technical skills to communicate across disciplines. It's an excellent entry point into the games industry.

Good To Have:

Familiarity with Github or similar source control software
Experience with creative writing, digital art creation or AI generated art
Prior experience as a developer on a professional game team
Experience with scrum / other agile development methodologies
Prior experience project management, finance, etc.

Must Have:

Project planning and tracking tasks in Jira.
Editing and writing reports and documents.
Verifying project data and assisting with invoicing.
Hiring subcontractors for co-development team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluent written English skills.
Proficient with MS and Google Office applications.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Self-directed problem-solver.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and listening skills.
Passion for multiplayer games and game development.
Experience with Jira or similar task tracking software.
Strong technical skills and game technology understanding.

The Position

Storm Flag is looking for a motivated Associate Producer to join our close-knit group of industry veterans in serving our professional services clients and in making the next hit online multiplayer game!

As an Associate Producer, you will be responsible for project planning, tracking tasks in Jira, editing and writing reports or other documents, verifying project data, hiring subcontractors, assisting with invoicing customers, and many other tasks across gameplay disciplines in order to help our growing co-development team get things done.

This is a full-time, on-site position. If you are an organized person with good written language skills and proficiency with standard office software, this job could be a great introduction to the games industry! Strong technical skills, comfort with game technology / engineering terminology, and the ability to communicate with collaborators of many disciplines are a must!

Requirements

A bachelors of arts or bachelor of science degree or equivalent experience
Fluent and clear written English skills
Competence with MS and Google Office applications
Organized and details oriented
Self-directed person who is always eager to seek out and fix problems for the good of the project
Good collaborator, with great communication and listening skills
Passionate about multiplayer games and game development
Experience working with large projects in Jira or similar task tracking software
