Aptiv is seeking an ATBU Process Technician to execute CAD/CAM tasks, develop manufacturing process improvements, and manage technical documentation. Responsibilities include programming 3D printers, maintaining machinery, and performing assembly and electrification tasks. The role involves correcting anomalies and operating production management software. Must Have:- Execute CAD/CAM take in consideration samples or 2D / 3D model according the specification
- Be part of developing initiatives to improve the manufacturing and assembly process
- Elaborate Product Spare part list, Manual and other Technical documentation
- Execute programs for 3D printer’s in order to have the best practice
- Check machinery (3D printer) on a daily basis to guarantee functionality
- Carry out the assembly and electrification of counterparts in accordance with the product definition dossier
- Installation of productive and non-productive equipment
- Participate in activities related to equipment maintenance
- Correction of anomalies and repair of non-compliant product
- Operation/Entry of data related to your activity in the production management software
