How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Attorney will join the team to support the Legal team regarding matters connected to marketing, creative services, and live events teams, which entails drafting of agreements, amendments, letters and other legal documents, as well as regulatory issues with impact on such business units. 

The Attorney will be responsible for:

• Draft, process and negotiation of agreements with vendors for marketing, creative services and live events.
• Assist marketing and provide guidance on regulatory issues connected to Disney Streaming Services.
• Review marketing materials like promos, spots and static assets.
• Handling of signatures and executions of agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support for all regional initiatives of Corporate Social Responsibility.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• Experience: From 2 years up to 5 years of professional practice as an attorney (must).  Corporate law, contracts experience. Required previous experience in drafting and negotiating contracts as well as interpreting regulations.
• Education: licensed attorney, graduate from law school.
• Bilingual proficiency of English
• Software skills needed: MS Office Package advanced
