Job Summary

You will join Xplor Health & Fitness and our team that provides support and expertise to health clubs, gyms, and the leisure industry. Your missions will be to collect and qualify requests from external and internal users, guide clients towards autonomy, handle phone calls and emails, process tickets, and ensure clear communication on request progress. You should be passionate about customer relations and the web, organized, rigorous, versatile, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, your missions will be to:

  • Collect and qualify requests from external and internal users and guide clients towards autonomy.

Handle phone calls and emails from various clients to respond to their requests:

  • Identify the requester and ensure the accuracy of our client database
  • Qualify the priority and typology, synthesize the request, and perform necessary tests

Process the tickets for which you are responsible:

  • Answer questions and guide the client on the software using our documentation
  • Configure the tool from the client interface
  • Process requests according to our procedures

Transmit and follow up on requests:

  • Transmit requests to the defined intervener clearly, synthetically, and completely to allow processing
  • Communicate with the client on the progress of their request
