Purpose of Role:
We are looking for a motivated Brand Ambassador with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. Your main goal is to bring our casino brands to the next level by growing the business and brand loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling customer chats, emails, and calls in a timely and customer-centric fashion.
- Aligning with our licensee and providing reports and feedback.
- Contributing to brand identity and brand language.
- Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers.
- Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers.
- Creating and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop retention, increase loyalty and customer value.
- Working independently and proactively as connecting link between customers and licensee.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Fluent in English and preferably an additional language (Norwegian, Finnish, French, Spanish or Portuguese).
- Excellent soft skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally.
- Experience in iGaming a plus.
- A positive attitude and team player.
- Strategic thinking and proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn and fulfill tasks independently.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
