Job Description

Moonspin is seeking a motivated Brand Ambassador to enhance player satisfaction and grow brand loyalty for their casino brands. This role involves handling customer interactions via chat, email, and calls, aligning with licensees, contributing to brand identity, and managing complaints. The ambassador will also develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, working proactively as a link between customers and the licensee.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in iGaming
  • Additional language (Norwegian, Finnish, French, Spanish or Portuguese)
Must Have:
  • Handling customer chats, emails, and calls in a timely and customer-centric fashion
  • Aligning with our licensee and providing reports and feedback
  • Contributing to brand identity and brand language
  • Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
  • Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers
  • Creating and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction
  • Develop retention, increase loyalty and customer value
  • Working independently and proactively as connecting link between customers and licensee
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent soft skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally
  • A positive attitude and team player
  • Strategic thinking and proactive approach
  • Willingness to learn and fulfill tasks independently
