Job Summary

Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for leading and driving brand growth, achieving market share, net sales, and profitability objectives. They oversee the complete P&L of the brands under their charge, implement marketing plans, communication campaigns, and media planning, and continuously analyze consumption variables and internal sales to identify opportunities.
Must have:
  • Design and execute the strategy for the brands in the market, being the point of contact with regional teams.
  • Develop and/or adapt materials, carry out the approval process, and ensure their delivery to the media agency.
  • Develop and execute media plans, monitoring, and adjustment: establish the optimal media mix, review performance, and control it.
  • Lead the 360° implementation of the campaigns in charge.
  • Constant analysis of consumption variables and internal KPIs.
  • Lead and analyze innovation proposals.
  • Supervise innovation projects to ensure timely launches.
  • Execute launches of new product initiatives and product changes.
  • Collaborate with complementary areas to maximize brand initiatives.
  • Management, allocation, and control of A&P.
  • Direct contact with media agency and creative agencies.
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in Marketing

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the strategy for the brands in the market, being the point of contact with regional teams.
  • Develop and/or adapt materials, carry out the approval process, and ensure their delivery to the media agency.
  • Develop and execute media plans, monitoring, and adjustment: establish the optimal media mix, review performance, and control it.

Why YOU?

Your qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing in Mass Consumption Brands, OTC.
  • Experience with media agencies and creative agencies.
  • Graduate of Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
  • Strong teamwork skills, results-oriented, and analytical profile.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Intermediate – Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken).
  • Desirable Master's degree in Marketing.
