SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and seeking a Brand Manager. This role involves leading brand marketing initiatives for B2B product lines, owning brand positioning and messaging, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a consistent brand voice. The manager will develop integrated brand campaigns, translate market insights into compelling narratives, monitor brand health, and support global strategic marketing planning and brand guardianship.

Must Have:- Lead brand marketing initiatives for one or several B2B product lines.
- Own the brand positioning and messaging architecture.
- Collaborate closely with Product, PR, Digital, Design, and Events teams.
- Develop integrated brand campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Translate complex product and market insights into clear, compelling narratives.
- Monitor brand health metrics, market trends, and competitor positioning.
- Support strategic marketing planning and brand guardianship at a global scale.
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or B2B segments.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.
- Proven experience working with mature or evolving brand platforms.
- Strong understanding of integrated campaign planning and execution.
- A keen eye for storytelling - both visual and verbal - and attention to detail.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher Russian and English (B2+).
- Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs.
