As a Brand Manager VMS, you will drive the Wellness category from strategy to execution, leading marketing projects to enhance brand image, increase awareness, and boost sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and experience in brand management, focusing on P&L delivery, campaign oversight, and market trend analysis.
Must have:
  • Develop, adapt, and refine strategic direction for brand, grounded in consumer and customer insights
  • Drive development of annual market activation planning focused on 3-year growth drivers
  • Demonstrate strong leadership of brand centric cross-functional teams
  • Accountable for the delivery of annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), including sales and profit results
  • Actively manage budget items
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities, including media, digital marketing, social media
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and marketing materials
  • Work closely with the innovation team to drive brand pipeline and manage product launches to market entry
  • Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyze data and market trends to assess brand performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media
  • Manage brand equity through successful deployment and localization of global toolkits
  • Drive close collaboration with global Wellness category and across EMEAL region to drive scale and synergies
  • Support and mentor junior associates on the marketing team

As a Brand Manager VMS you will be responsible to drive our Wellness category from strategy to execution. You will be leading projects across all areas of marketing to enhance our brand image, increase awareness and drive sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and experience in brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, adapt, and refine strategic direction for brand, grounded in consumer and customer insights
  • Drive development of annual market activation planning focused on 3-year growth drivers, demonstrating strong leadership of brand centric cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing roles, ideally with VMS/OTC background
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in German and English
