We are looking for a talented and driven Brand Marketing Manager to join our team and deliver effective marketing across multiple platforms.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead on a range of key pillar activities including Brand and Creative, Digital Marketing, Content, Events, Awards, Communications and related initiatives. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, this role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of integrated Marketing and a client-centric approach. Demonstrated success in managing digital channels and a proven ability to drive forward effective Marketing to enable business growth are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with Global Marketing and cross-functionally to deliver on a broad programme of initiatives.
Brand Strategy & Management: Manage a cross-functional initiative to explore and enhance the Testronic brand across all internal and external touchpoints. Develop the related GTM messages and plan for execution. Ongoing brand management.
Digital Presence: Enhance presence across all digital channels and elevate our website experience. Ensure optimal UX and that the content is fully optimised for SEO, Track performance and drive continuous improvement. Manage the social media calendar as well as the related content pipeline. Oversee content creation across all relevant social media platforms.
Marketing Programmes: Identify and manage a series of Marketing Programmes to enhance overall performance through targeted initiatives and improvements.
Marketing Campaigns: Drive a series of multi-channel Marketing Campaigns to promote brand and service awareness. Track performance against KPIs and progress follow-on initiatives to optimise success.
Creative: Lead on the creative strategy for the company globally. Define and deliver a range of creative assets for communication across multiple touchpoints. Manage video content creation, including gameplay footage, trailers, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and promotional materials. Manage a repository of high-quality photography ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics.
Content: Develop and execute a global content strategy that aligns with our brand, values, and objectives across all platforms (social media, website, client presentations, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and messaging across all external and internal channels and assets created.
Communications: Define and manage the Communications Plan for Testronic, delivering through internal and external channels.
Events & Awards: Manage the Events & Awards Programme for Testronic and liaise with external parties to optimise presence and related campaigns.
Performance Marketing: Analyse performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness, including website assets, social media posts and campaign assets, client materials, thought leadership pieces and more.
