Monitor daily attendance, manage leave updates, and coordinate schedule adjustments when needed. Maintain and update resource trackers, documentation, and reports to support workforce planning. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate resource-related issues as necessary. Coordinate offboarding procedures in collaboration with IT, Admin, and HR teams.
