Job Summary
Job Description
HOLOGATE seeks a detail-oriented Accountant to manage its finances. Responsibilities include processing and assigning incoming invoices, creating outgoing invoices, maintaining customer and supplier master data, assisting in monthly and annual financial statement preparation, supporting audit processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate possesses native-level German and fluent English, relevant accounting experience, knowledge of tax laws, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus. The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Deine Aufgaben
- Prüfen, Erfassen und Zuordnen aller Eingangsrechnungen
- Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
- Pflege der Stammdaten von Kunden und Lieferanten
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Unterstützung der Monats- und Jahresabschlussprozesse
- Unterstützung bei Prüfungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Rechnungslegungsstandards
Schlüsselqualifikationen
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachen Niveau und fließend in Englisch
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
- Kenntnisse der Steuergesetze und -vorschriften
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics Business Central von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches Denken und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
