Internal Responsibilities
- Maintain the status of being an Entrata subject matter expert
- Be familiar with and widely recognized as a Property Management expert
- Understand what a successful consulting experience must look like for each customer
- Create strong effective interdepartmental relationships with other Entrata team members
- Effectively collaborate and communicate project engagement status to the Consulting Manager and internal stakeholders.
- User conference attendance and Subject Matter Expert presence at client User Lab
Customers Project Responsibilities
- Consult Small Business, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers
- Identify customer’s strategic business goals and objectives
- Create plans to successfully meet those goals and objectives through their optimization journey
- Consult the customer on system configuration to best meet their goals
- Gain trust in customers that the Entrata configuration will optimize their business
- Resolve customer concerns while building their confidence in Entrata
- Perform full Marketing and Property Management settings audits and provide deliverables
- Perform onsite and virtual consultative meetings with clients
- Partner with other business consultants to ensure we meet objectives for our customers within standard business consulting engagements
- Deliver resources to the customer for long-term system adoption
- Meet and exceed client expectations
- Account for the long-term success of customers on Entrata
- Domestic travel up to 30% possible
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for successful consulting and problem-solving related to lead generation, lease execution, resident experience, maintenance, reporting, and operations in Entrata for Conventional, Student, Commercial & Military customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years related Entrata or SaaS consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solid understanding of the Google Suite of products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- High attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Insatiable thirst for knowledge and learning
- Exposure to multi-family / proptech or related industry verticals
- Previous property management experience is a plus
$70,100 - $110,000 a year
This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.
