Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (ACS BDR) to join our Construction Solutions team in Japan. You will work in a hybrid position, prospecting into targeted accounts to increase the productivity of Autodesk's sales teams by identifying revenue opportunities with well-qualified prospects. You will collaborate with marketing and account executives to build a qualified pipeline, promote Autodesk Construction Solutions, and transition qualified opportunities to sales representatives. This role focuses on identifying and nurturing leads, not closing sales.
Must have:
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation Marketing and Account Executives to build a qualified pipeline of customers.
  • Prospect customers by applying outbound medium technologies to promote Autodesk Construction Solutions.
  • Identify target markets, develop customer journey campaigns to Autodesk Construction Cloud(ACC), cultivate leads, and directly prospect into those accounts.
  • Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Map main members, technical requirements, and business processes on all deals.
  • Create additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs initiated by the global team.
  • Manage a database of leads in Salesforce.com, processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.
  • Proficient in identifying main decision makers in other organizations within the accounts to find additional sales opportunities.
  • Inside Sales experience, especially lead nurturing activities, is mandatory.
  • Software and SaaS Sales experience.
  • Experience designing the "Customer Journey" processes and run them.
  • Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities.
  • Experience contributing in a collaborative work environment and team selling experience.
  • Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (ACS BDR) to join our Construction Solutions team in Japan.

You will work in a hybrid position reporting directly to the Director of Construction Sales, Japan. You will prospect into targeted accounts to increase the productivity of Autodesk's sales teams by identifying revenue opportunities with well-qualified prospects. You will not close the sale. You will interact with clients of all levels, in several industries and across a broad geographical area.

Responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with our Demand Generation Marketing and Account Executives to build a qualified pipeline of customers
  • You will prospect our customers by applying outbound medium technologies to promote Autodesk Construction Solutions
