Mercer Marsh Benefits is seeking a Business Support Administrator for its Global Mobility Solutions team, ideally based in Bristol, with hybrid/remote flexibility. The role involves managing policy administration, including membership adjustments, audits, invoicing, and query resolution. Key responsibilities include supporting renewal and new business processes, drafting quotations, and assisting with recommendation reports. The administrator will also provide analytical support to the consulting team, gathering and analyzing data for client projects.
Must have:
  • Complete anti-money laundering checks, setting up of policies, client engagement, drafting of quote request and draft renewal reports
  • Setting up client records and New Business reports
  • Deliver analytical support to the Consulting team and clients in line with MMB’s Targets
  • Build strong working relationships with the Consulting Team, Clients, and Providers to ensure the best service for our clients

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Mobility Solutions team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. Ideally the successful candidate for this role will be based in Bristol, however we can be flexible to accommodate hybrid / remote working for the right candidate.

We are currently looking to recruit a talented individual to join us as a Business Support Administrator. The Global Mobility Solutions team within MMB Multinational provides advice and solutions to multinational clients in international health insurance and group risk solutions.

Within your role you’ll be managing policy administration including membership adjustments & audits, invoicing, queries (claims & benefits) as part of a friendly and experienced team who will support and train you. You’ll play a key part in the renewal and new business process including drafting & executing quotation requests and supporting the creation of recommendation reports.

Additionally, you will be exposed to a variety of challenges such as supporting the consulting team in gathering, organising, entering, and analysing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projects

We will count on you to:

  • Complete anti-money laundering checks, setting up of policies, client engagement, drafting of quote request and draft renewal reports
  • New Business – Setting up client records and New Business reports
  • Deliver analytical support to the Consulting team and clients in line with MMB’s Targets
  • Build strong working relationships with the Consulting Team, Clients, and Providers to ensure the best service for our clients

What you need to have:

  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Excellent communication skills and previous experience of managing stakeholders
  • Strong Administration, time management and organisational skills
  • Experience of Customer service
