Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This position will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The position involves managing insurance-related requests in the damages area, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely follow-up and administrative support. The team is focused on offering efficient solutions and maintaining high quality in customer service.

We will count on you for:

• Manage damage-related insurance requests, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Follow up on pending requests and send reminders to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain good administrative practices and document all client interactions.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree, either completed or in progress.
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in insurance processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
