• Research, preparation, and active participation in all phases of professional consulting projects
• Support in the preparation and execution of workshops
• Consulting and collaboration with our clients (from all industries, of all sizes)
• Gradual assumption of (sub)project areas
• Active shaping of strategies and HR topics
• Continuous development through learning and openness

What defines you:

• Very successfully completed Master's degree (Business Administration, Project and Process Management, Psychology, Business Informatics or similar with a focus on HR)
• First practical experience in a consulting environment, e.g., through internships, is desirable
• Very good analytical skills and affinity for the technical preparation, processing, and evaluation of data
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs, especially PowerPoint
• Fluent German and English skills
• High degree of initiative, flexibility, and willingness to travel (but we won't send you abroad every week or permanently to a client site)
• Customer orientation ("consultant gene") and strong communication skills
