Business & Technology Associate - Core System & Credit
Join PwC's Business & Technology Consulting team in the Core System and Credit sector and participate in development and technological innovation projects. You will have the opportunity to support the creation of innovative software solutions and contribute to the evolution of banking and credit processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
In particular, the team is particularly focused on:
- Transformation, modernization, and evolution projects for Core Systems and their integrations with "satellites" (e.g., Digital Channels, Payments, Registry), enabling the creation of modern, modular, and interoperable applications, with end-to-end support from feasibility study, to managing all testing phases, up to the Go-Live of the solution.
- Transformation programs for the Credit application portfolio, from targeting, onboarding, granting, and managing credit, with an end-to-end approach, from feasibility study, through functional analysis, definition and governance of the test plan for System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests, and support in their execution, leveraging synergies between vertical teams and a proven methodology on the main Italian players.
Main activities:
- Support in the development of end-to-end projects for the creation of software solutions and innovative products for the banking and credit sector, from feasibility study through all project phases up to Go-Live.
- Collaboration with the team to understand client needs and contribute to project success.
- Continuous learning of the technologies and methodologies used.
Requirements
- Master's degree in technical/STEM, economic, or management disciplines in progress or recently completed.
- Brief previous experience in the described activities.
- Interest in the banking and credit sector.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Teamwork attitude and professional growth.
- Adaptability and willingness to get involved.
