The Campaign Management Specialist will be responsible for managing the Email Campaign Team, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are deployed on time. They will manage team utilization, forecast for future campaigns, and handle email marketing requests. This includes communication with onshore teams, delegating tasks to offshore teams, and managing the end-to-end email campaign process, including QA, deployment, and list generation. They must also document progress and track issues while adhering to best practices and trends in email marketing.
Must Have:- Minimum 5 years of Email Marketing Experience
- Experience with MOS products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
- Strong analytical knowledge in marketing
- Impeccable time management and communication skills
- Project and Client (Brand team) management experience
- Working knowledge of how a Database works
- Minimum 4 years working knowledge of SFMC
- Intimate knowledge of Email Marketing Best Practices and trends
