Monitor online product data and user sentiment, analyze the effect of version updates, and output feedback reports to promote the optimization of the R&D team. Be responsible for docking with the customer service team, standardizing the feedback of issues and the event handling process. Familiar with the use of various operating tools and platforms, able to propose optimization suggestions or new feature requirements and promote their launch.
