As a CFX Senior Artist at Skydance, you will be responsible for creating high-quality grooms and hair shading look development for characters. You will also develop dynamic rigs for characters and execute CFX work in shots, including character simulations and geometry correctives. Key responsibilities include staying current with artistic methodologies and tools, contributing to tool and technique development, working within the established pipeline, and supporting team members. At least one of the following areas of expertise, and interest in learning the others: Creating fur, hair, shading/lookdev and hair simulation rigs; Creating cloth simulation rigs; Creating muscle, flesh, skin and fat simulation rigs; Creating high quality cloth, hair and skin simulations & correctives for shot work in production.
