Job Description
As automobiles become more high-performance and autonomous, TPMS also needs to evolve. This role involves the end-to-end development of new TPMS for next-generation vehicles, from system to components.
1. In cooperation with other internal departments, create vehicles that achieve the function and performance targets for TPMS functions.
2. Since hardware is also a development target, visit supplier factories (including overseas) and Nissan factories to implement quality assurance initiatives.
3. Work with global Tier1 suppliers, communicating openly across company boundaries.
4. As this is a system that controls wireless communication, frequently visit experimental sites, measure in actual vehicles, and reflect findings in the design.

Requirements
MUST
- Experience in mechatronics system development, electronic unit development, or chassis parts development.
- Willingness to actively engage with overseas bases and overseas suppliers.
- Experience in the automotive industry: desirable.
- TOEIC: 600.
WANT
- Experience in vehicle development or as a chassis part.
- TOEIC: 730.

Compensation
- Annual income range: Monthly salary (reference value) 230,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY.
- Determined comprehensively based on experience and expertise.
- Estimated annual income (reference value) approximately 4.1 million JPY to 7.8 million JPY.
- Monthly salary × 12 months + bonus (estimated value).
- Bonus amount is a reference value; actual payment timing, amount, and payment conditions will be determined separately.
- Overtime pay will be provided separately based on employee wage regulations.
