Introducing Our Team (Project)

• The Chairman’s Office is a direct organization under the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KRAFTON Inc., responsible for promoting and managing tasks related to the Chairman.
• The New Frontier Team, an organization within the Chairman’s Office, primarily focuses on investigating relevant fields, discovering and reviewing potential investment/acquisition targets, and driving investments/acquisitions as part of the company's strategy and business diversification. The team autonomously proposes projects or selects potential targets from internal/external sources to initiate discovery/review. The team is planned to consist of 3-5 members with relevant capabilities and experience who share the vision, and the team leader will also serve as the organizational head.
• After an acquisition, the team leader will become a member of the acquired company's top management or an executive, responsible for all activities related to the operation and value enhancement of the acquired company.
• In addition to strategy and business diversification, this team assists the Chairman of the Board in reviewing mid-to-long-term growth opportunities or social contribution opportunities that current operations may not focus on, and also performs various projects and assigned tasks related to the Chairman.
• This position offers an opportunity to develop entrepreneurial capabilities through open discussions about various growth opportunities with Chairman Jang Byung-gyu, a "serial entrepreneur" who has successfully founded multiple companies. It is recommended for those who want to proactively lead growth opportunities and experience success, leveraging KRAFTON's brand, customers, network, capabilities, and capital as a truly global company.

Introducing the Mission We Will Undertake with Our Team

• Based on an understanding of the company's internal and external environment, investigate relevant fields, discover potential investment/acquisition targets, or new business opportunities.
• Establish precise investment/acquisition theses and persuade internal/external stakeholders; proactively drive and execute relevant investments/acquisitions and associated new businesses as needed.
• Review various growth and social contribution opportunities raised internally and externally.
• Execute projects related to the Chairman of the Board's key duties and perform assigned tasks.
• Manage the organization as a team leader.
• Post-acquisition PMI and management of the acquired company.

We Want to Grow with Someone Who Has These Experiences!

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following fields:
• Corporate Development
• Corporate Planning
• Corporate Strategy
• Private Equity
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Investment Appraisal @ Venture Capital
• Start-up
• Business fluent English proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively deliver feedback to relevant departments.
• No disqualification for overseas travel.

• Proactive experience in new business and investment/M&A projects (new business planning, investment due diligence, PMI).
• Experience in corporate operations as a member of company management.
• Experience in management consulting.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• Startup or entrepreneurial experience.
• Experience assisting C-Level executives.
• Experience in M&A, TAS, FAS at an accounting firm.
• Possession of relevant degrees or certifications such as MBA, CFA, CPA.
