Must have:
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the instructions of the Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Ensure food safety standards
  • Supervise the production of your section
  • Comply with hygiene and safety rules
  • Participate in service
  • Help and support team members
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and kitchen organization
  • Confirmed experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment
