This autonomous, fast-paced Project Manager role involves planning, supervising, and leading projects from initiation to delivery, managing resources, budgets, risks, and changes. You will ensure deliverables meet requirements, drive new work programs, and communicate project status across various levels, contributing to a global impact.
Must have:
  • Plan, supervise and lead projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Ensure deliverables meet requirements and satisfy partners.
  • Drive implementation of new work programs and coordinate development improvements.
  • Identify project risks proactively with mitigating actions.
  • Supervise project budgets, managing deviations and tracking progress.
  • Control meetings with clear agendas and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Communicate project status to various audiences, including C-level.
  • Work in a matrix reporting environment, ensuring resource availability.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant project delivery experience.
  • Years of experience in a Technology & Project Management role.
  • Experience in Financial Services (FinTech, exchange, bank, broker, financial institution).
  • Experience handling technology projects (infrastructure, systems, cloud, applications).

What you will do:

  • Plan, supervise and lead projects from initiation through delivery, using formal processes to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
  • Ensure deliverables meet requirements and satisfy partners while adhering to specifications, quality standards, costs and timeframes.
  • Drive implementation of new work programs and coordinate development improvements while maintaining accurate project timeline with contingency buffers.
  • Identify project risks proactively with mitigating actions in place and track outcomes through to customer acceptance.
  • Supervise project budgets, managing deviations and tracking progress within financial constraints.
  • Control meetings with clear agendas while maintaining comprehensive records of decisions and action points.
  • Communicate project status based on audience that will range from technical teams, multiple geographies and different management levels including C-level.
  • Work in a matrix reporting environment ensuring the required resources are available for your projects and will be delivered according to plan.

What We Expect:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience in project delivery success.
  • Shown years of experience in a Technology & Project Management role.
  • Experience in Financial Services e.g. FinTech provider, exchange, bank, broker, or financial institution.
  • Experience handling technology projects consisting of infrastructure, systems, cloud, and applications.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and client engagement skills.
  • Establish relationships that develop trust and encourage confidence.
  • A highly collaborative working style.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. The company allows the flexibility to work 3 days a week on-site and the rest of the week remotely (Hybrid model). As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.

A valid work permit for the EU is required.
