You will serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation to provide for a smooth, effective, and successful implementation of Philips solutions throughout the entire clinical education life cycle. This includes pre-sales consultation for training services, post-sales project and training planning, and acting as a clinical liaison. You should have 7+ years in medical imaging, strong communication, project management, and data analytics skills, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. The role is field-based with travel.
Must have:

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Proficient in data analytics, process improvement, and performance measures.
  • Hold a Bachelor's (5+ years experience) or Master's (3+ years experience) degree.
  • Capable of operating within robust project management programs.

Job Details

Clinical Implementation Manager-DXR (US)

You will serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation to provide for a smooth, effective, and successful implementation of Philips solutions throughout the entire clinical education life cycle.

Your role:

  • Pre-sales Consultative approach to ensure that optimal training services and subscriptions are included as part of overall solution. And Post-sales responsible for cross-modality clinical project and training planning
  • Project planning consulting with commercial Clinical Project Manager (CPM) partners to ensure site readiness and optimal resource allocation
  • Develops and implements clinical training plan in partnership with CAS/Sr. CAS (Clinical Applications Specialists), CAPM (Clinical Applications Project Manger), and local sales and service teams
  • Clinical liaison between sales, CPM and clinical service organizations
  • Active member of the implementation communities and proactively shares knowledge, experience and lessons learned
  • Develops and maintain long term customer relationships in support of recurring revenue strategy

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 7+ years experience within the medical imaging industry. (clinical experience preferred)
  • Your skills include effective communication, customer relations, project management, data analytics, process improvement, developing performance measures and scorecards,
  • Previous experience with financial reporting, managing manual/automated reporting and dashboards. (experience with Excel, Power BI, and PS Cloud preferred)
  • You have a minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Healthcare Consulting, Business, Clinical Education and Training, Clinical Practice or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
  • You’re detail-oriented with excellent organization skills, you can operate within robust project management programs; you are agile in times of change, and flexible and tolerant of ambiguity.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is field role. Will some travel.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,000 to $171,000

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,500 to $180,000

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,125 to $189,000

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,600

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
