The Service & Solution Delivery Management department is broadly positioned as a project organization across DACH. The organization deals with project management, implementation, life cycle management and sales support for all SCM activities. The focus of this job advertisement is on installations in the Imaging Systems area.
Your Job:
- Support the sales organization in advising on installation variants and calculating system implementation costs.
- Manage the complete customer order from order confirmation to project realization in close coordination with customers, sales, external trades, and internal organization.
- Create project schedule including project duration and communicate to project participants.
- Coordinate assembly process according to cycle time and capacity requirements, involving relevant stakeholders.
- Update project forecast daily, monitor risks for revenue planning, and communicate to Supply Chain Management and the district according to communication guidelines.
- Conduct project review after project completion, including post-calculation of project costs and initiation of "corrective actions."
- Ensure the input of quality-relevant project documents into Salesforce.com and the Document Management System (DMS) according to quality guidelines.
What you should bring:
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, medical technology, industrial engineering or similar.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in imaging systems.
- Experience in project management.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Networking knowledge.
- Knowledge of the relevant product portfolio (X-ray, CV, CT, MR, NUK).
- Very good communication and negotiation skills as well as high social competence.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
