Recently, negotiation and requirement definition tasks in upstream processes, such as coordination with MSPs, cloud providers, and between projects, have increased. As our services are rapidly growing, we encourage you to actively take on new challenges without boundaries.

Career Path

Initially, you will be responsible for the operation of existing titles, understanding system configurations, and learning the roles of partners and other departments, as well as coordination methods. Afterwards, you will participate from the launch phase of new titles, learning the entire process from requirement definition and design to construction and operation verification. Eventually, you will strive to become a leader managing multiple titles.

Furthermore, for future career plans, as this industry is characterized by remarkable technological advancements, there are various paths available: a specialist who investigates trends in new services and middleware, performs verification, and applies technology; an architect who designs appropriate infrastructure and applications based on development and business requirements; or an infrastructure director focused on management.
