CMII - Expert Supplier Change Coordinator
Job Description
- Manage the PPAP process for new or modified components from suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate the submission and approval of PPAP documentation, including Part Submission Warrants (PSWs) and supporting documentation.
- Lead and manage supplier change projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Analyze component data and supplier information to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in supplier change management processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing supplier change requests, including evaluation, documentation, and approval processes.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in supplier change management practices, processes, and tools.
- Ensure compliance with Aptiv's Product Development Process (PDP) 2.0 stages for managing supplier changes.
- Adhere to Aptiv's Engineering Operating System (EOS) standards and guidelines for managing supplier changes.
- Utilize SAP Ariba for procurement and supply chain management activities related to supplier change initiatives.
