Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of content localization and front-end delivery for Betsson Group’s market entry in Africa, beginning with a first country in the west Francophone region. As CMS & Content Coordinator – Africa, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving the digital presence across sportsbook and casino, ensuring every customer interaction reflects a locally tailored, mobile-optimized, and brand-aligned experience. You will work with EveryMatrix’s fully managed front-end CMS, CasinoEngine’s game management system, and the supporting delivery infrastructure to publish content, manage promotions, update lobbies, and ensure real-time responsiveness. This role is ideal for someone who combines meticulous attention to detail with a passion for localized user experiences and operational excellence in a fast-moving environment.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with Casino Engine or other game aggregation platforms.
  • French language proficiency for Francophone market coordination.
Must Have:
  • Manage all on-site content updates across sportsbook, casino, and promotional areas via the CMS platform.
  • Coordinate and execute content localization in multiple languages, ensuring consistency with brand tone, regulatory compliance, and market fit.
  • Update and configure game lobbies using Casino Engine’s back-office tools, including game categorization, tags, banners, and placement.
  • Oversee banner, carousel, and module updates for web and mobile; ensure design files are prepared in line with the platform delivery specifications.
  • Liaise with marketing and CRM teams to implement campaign materials and conversion assets across multiple front-end placements.
  • Monitor real-time content performance, ensuring visibility of active campaigns, compliance messages, and user navigation clarity.
  • Ensure content meets regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (e.g., bonus display rules, restricted game flags, language disclaimers).
  • Support feedback loops and content QA with the platform provider post-delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of digital assets and coordinate translations and content uploads.
  • Collaborate with product and UX teams to ensure front-end usability and visual consistency.
  • 2–4 years of CMS or content operations experience within an iGaming or high-volume eCommerce environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital content management systems (e.g CMS, WordPress, Drupal).
  • Experience working with multilingual content, localization workflows, and asset management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and content formatting principles.
  • Fluent in English.

Required Education

Degree in Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

Required Work Experience

  • 2–4 years of CMS or content operations experience within an iGaming or high-volume eCommerce environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital content management systems (e.g CMS, WordPress, Drupal)
  • Familiarity with Casino Engine or other game aggregation platforms a strong plus
  • Experience working with multilingual content, localization workflows, and asset management

Other Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and content formatting principles
  • Fluent in English; French is highly desirable for Francophone market coordination
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment
