Job Summary
The CNC Milling Operator / CAM Programmer will be responsible for programming multi-axis milling operations using TEBIS 4.1, setting up and operating CNC milling machines with B+R control systems, machining clay and model foam materials based on digital specifications, and calibrating machines and components. They will also use Digital Mock-Up software such as CATIA for model preparation and validation. The ideal candidate should have experience in model and prototype manufacturing.
Must Have
- Programming of multi-axis milling operations using TEBIS 4.1
- Setup and operation of CNC milling machines with B+R control systems
- Machining of clay and model foam materials based on digital specifications
- Calibration of machines and components to ensure maximum precision
- Use of Digital Mock-Up software (e.g. CATIA)
Good to Have
- Completed vocational training in machining technology or toolmaking
- Solid knowledge of TEBIS 4.1
- Experience working with CATIA
- Skilled in the use of B+R CNC control systems
- Professional experience in model and prototype manufacturing

- Programming of multi-axis milling operations using TEBIS 4.1
- Setup and operation of CNC milling machines with B+R control systems
- Machining of clay and model foam materials based on digital specifications
- Calibration of machines and components to ensure maximum precision
- Use of Digital Mock-Up software (e.g. CATIA) for model preparation and validation
- Completed vocational training in machining technology, toolmaking, or a comparable field
- Solid knowledge of TEBIS 4.1, ideally with multi-axis strategy experience
- Experience working with CATIA
- Skilled in the use of B+R CNC control systems
- Strong technical understanding and a precise, structured approach to work
- Ideally, professional experience in model and prototype manufacturing
