Job Description

LangChain is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join its growing GTM team in San Francisco or New York. The role involves driving adoption of LangChain's agent engineering platform and open-source frameworks, which are trusted by millions of developers. The successful candidate will support the full sales cycle, build relationships with prospects, coordinate proof-of-concept efforts, and contribute to refining sales processes, working alongside experienced sales, engineering, and customer success professionals in a high-impact environment.
Must Have:
  • Support the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, with strong attention to follow-up and follow-through
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and how our products can help
  • Coordinate proof-of-concept efforts with sales engineers and product experts to showcase value
  • Learn about product updates and industry trends to better support customer conversations
  • Help maintain customer relationships and coordinate with deployment and support teams for smooth handoffs
  • Assist with pricing discussions and contract coordination alongside senior team members
  • Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams
  • Contribute ideas to help refine our sales processes and approaches

How to be successful in this role:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect authentically with technical buyers
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn technical concepts
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and excited about learning on the job
  • Self-motivated and resourceful; you find ways to solve problems and move things forward
  • Interest in generative AI and helping customers navigate new technology

Compensation & Benefits:

Actual compensation will vary based on role, level, and location. For team members in the EU and UK, we provide locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
  • Annual salary range: $175,000-$220,000 USD
