About the role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Growth Engineering initiatives - helping more new users activate, convert, and stay retained.
You’ll own the end-to-end activation funnel, working closely with engineering, design, and data to identify friction points, run experiments, and build scalable improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, enjoys solving ambiguous growth problems, and can move quickly from insight to shipped impact.
What you will do:
- Own the activation funnel from signup to retained usage, identifying key drop-off points and opportunities for growth.
- Design and execute A/B experiments that improve onboarding, reduce churn, and increase conversion.
- Partner with engineering to prioritize and ship high-impact experiments efficiently.
- Collaborate with design to improve clarity, navigation, and overall user experience in early journeys.
- Work with data to build dashboards and measure both leading and lagging indicators of growth.
- Help align growth initiatives with broader company goals, including ARR and long-term retention.
- Build a repeatable experimentation framework that can scale across teams.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth, activation, or SaaS roles.
- Comfortable working in data-informed and experiment-driven environments.
- Experienced collaborating with engineers on iterative experiments and technical product areas.
- Analytical thinker with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity about user behavior.
- Able to balance quantitative metrics with qualitative insights to guide decisions.
- Skilled at communicating priorities and results across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with tools such as Lookr, Eppo etc.
What Success Looks Like:
- A measurable increase in activation rate and onboarding engagement.
- A clear understanding of user archetypes and targeted experiences for each.
- Faster iteration cycles and a well-defined framework for testing and learning.
- Demonstrated improvement in conversion, retention, and long-term customer value.
