Job Summary
The Communication and Marketing Specialist will drive strategic communication, marketing, branding, and engagement initiatives for BGSW Hyderabad. This includes planning and executing internal and external branding programs, managing agencies and media partners, leading social media marketing, conceptualizing events, engaging with industry bodies, building marketing content, creating collateral, leading university branding, and managing digital governance metrics.
Must Have

- Conceptualize and execute internal/external events and leadership communication

- Manage digital governance metrics
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Strong stakeholder and project management abilities
- Experience in event management, partner/vendor coordination, and collateral creation
- MBA or master’s in communication/marketing/mass communication
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C/IT/Telecom industries

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
The role will be responsible for driving strategic communication, marketing, branding, and engagement initiatives for BGSW Hyderabad. The role requires strong communication capabilities, B2B marketing experience, and excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
- Drive all marketing and communication activities for BGSW Hyderabad.
- Strategize, plan, and execute internal and external branding programs.
- Manage agencies, media partners, and external vendors in collaboration with central marketing.
- Lead social media marketing, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate identity.
- Conceptualize and execute internal events, external engagements, and leadership communication formats.
- Engage with industry bodies for events, awards, and thought-leadership opportunities.
- Build and maintain a library of marketing content – pitch decks, case studies, videos, whitepapers, etc.
- Create and deliver marketing collateral for events and communication needs.
- Lead University Branding initiatives across key institutions and talent pipelines (Campus-to-Corporate).
- Manage digital governance metrics – website analytics, social media mentions, brand impact studies.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
B.E or MBA or master’s in communication / marketing / mass communication
Experience :
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B / B2C/ IT / Telecom / industries
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to evaluate brand and communication effectiveness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Creative, analytical, and able to conceptualize visual and written brand formats
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Proficiency in either of the below design & marketing tools:
Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint
