We are looking for a creative Community Manager to take full ownership in growing and engaging with our player base across social platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to build a strong community presence, foster positive engagement, and keep players informed and excited about our games.
Responsibilities:
- Grow, engage, and moderate our community across platforms (Discord, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging video, image, and text content using AI tools and creative suites
- Handle player inquiries and support tickets with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute community campaigns or announcements
- Gather and report player feedback to help guide future updates and improvements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or player support
- Strong communication, empathy, and content creation skills
- Familiarity with online community dynamics and platform moderation tools
- Experience using creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NanoBanana, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
- Passion for mobile and casual games
