Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Community Manager to take full ownership in growing and engaging with our player base across social platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to build a strong community presence, foster positive engagement, and keep players informed and excited about our games. Responsibilities include growing and moderating the community, creating engaging content, handling player inquiries, collaborating on campaigns, and gathering player feedback.

Must Have

  • Grow, engage, and moderate our community across platforms (Discord, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create engaging video, image, and text content using AI tools and creative suites
  • Handle player inquiries and support tickets with empathy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute community campaigns or announcements
  • Gather and report player feedback to help guide future updates and improvements
  • 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or player support
  • Strong communication, empathy, and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with online community dynamics and platform moderation tools
  • Passion for mobile and casual games

Good to Have

  • Experience using creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NanoBanana, CapCut, etc.)
