Job Summary

Job Description

This role involves regularly analyzing performance and human resources data to support management decisions and enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing compensation and benefits systems, plans, and incentive policies to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness. The specialist will also conduct external compensation surveys, benchmark data, and propose salary adjustment strategies. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or above with over 3 years of experience in compensation and performance, possess strong data analysis, communication, and coordination skills, and be highly goal-oriented.
Must have:

  • Strong goal orientation, able to overcome difficulties and achieve results.

  • Consulting firm background preferred

2. Design and optimize compensation and benefits systems, compensation plans, and incentive policies to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness;

3. Implement external compensation surveys and data benchmarking, form analysis reports, and propose salary adjustment strategy recommendations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time program, with more than 3 years of experience in compensation and performance (consulting firm background preferred);

2. Familiar with the methods and processes of performance system and compensation system construction;

3. Possess strong data analysis and communication and coordination skills;

4. Strong goal orientation, able to overcome difficulties and achieve results.
