Job Description

The ER Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing employee relations policies, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and resolving employee complaints and disputes. This role involves leading training sessions, providing specialized guidance to prevent workplace conflicts, and developing employee well-being programs. The specialist will also monitor labor laws and industry trends to refine ER strategies and support the HR team.
Must have:
  • Manage and implement employee relations policies and processes.
  • Lead handling and resolution of employee complaints, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate employee relations training and workshops.
  • Provide specialized consulting and guidance services.
  • Establish employee physical and mental health management and care systems.
  • Monitor labor laws and industry trends, iterate ER strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years of ER-related experience.
  • Familiar with labor law, labor contract law, and relevant local laws.
  • Able to independently handle ER incidents.
  • Strong logical thinking, good at summary analysis and multi-task management.
  • Strong stress resistance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-departmental coordination skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good at employee service insight.

  • Internet/gaming industry experience

1. Manage and implement employee relations policies and processes to ensure compliance with company strategic goals and laws and regulations;

2. Lead the handling and closed-loop resolution of employee relations issues such as complaints, disputes, and disciplinary actions;

3. Coordinate employee relations training and workshops to empower knowledge and incident handling skills related to employee relations;

4. Provide specialized consulting and guidance services to promote the preventive resolution of work-related issues and team conflicts;

5. Establish an employee physical and mental health management and care system to continuously optimize the employee experience;

6. Monitor labor laws and industry trends, iterate employee relations strategies, and empower the HR team.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, Human Resources/Law major preferred;

2. 10+ years of HR experience (Internet/gaming preferred), including 5+ years of ER-related experience, candidates with comprehensive human resource management capabilities preferred;

3. Familiar with labor law, labor contract law, and relevant local laws and regulations, able to independently handle ER incidents;

4. Strong logical thinking, good at summary analysis and multi-task management, strong stress resistance;

5. Excellent interpersonal and cross-departmental coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, good at employee service insight.
