3. Establish good relationships with business departments, fully understand and explore their needs, and provide recruitment support.
4. Collect industry information and scout for high-end talent based on business development.
5. Complete other work tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of recruitment experience; familiarity with game publishing positions preferred.
2. Possess good Japanese language skills and be familiar with local Japanese recruitment channels.
3. Possess excellent communication and expression skills and stress resistance; proactive in work.
4. Able to independently solve difficult problems in the recruitment process and promote recruitment achievement.
5. Interested in the game industry and passionate about the game industry preferred.
