Playtika is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our global Team. The compensation & benefits team influences business and strategic decisions for our people by leading the design and development of global rewards programs and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support global C&B processes such as salary review and bonus
- Manage & support compensation plans & payments
- Perform data analysis and provide findings, conclusions, and recommendations
- Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis evaluations
- Work and manage global processes in our Oracle system
- Conduct ad-hoc market analysis
- Support Global compensation & benefit projects
- Work directly with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, Finance, and a variety of managers
- Research and analyze internal and external data relating to compensation and benefit programs (including market trends and benchmarks) while considering our company culture.
Requirements:
- 2-3 Years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits analyst or business / financial analyst
- Experience in a global work environment – an advantage
- Excellent in Excel & Power point (Macro is an advantage)
- Fluent English speaker with high written/verbal communication skills - a must
- Report building skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
